This month, CoPilot announces its new product release and what improvements users can expect. The new product release offers mobile enablement, Salesforce Lightning experience enhancements, and new page layouts amongst other system improvements. To give you a better idea of this new and improved CoPilot, here are the key features available in the new release.
New Dashboards and Reports
Measuring program outcomes is a cornerstone of CoPilot functionality. In this release, we’ve added new reports and dashboards for every user profile to help you serve your students better by seeing all your key information in one place. View all your key information in one place with newly added dashboards and reports for every user profile.
Lightning Page Layouts
For increased accessibility, this new CoPilot release has improved user experience and is mobile-enabled. You can now access all your dashboards and reports in the palm of your hand. For more information on the Lightning Experience, check out our blog post.
Attendance Tracking
You’ve worked hard to develop and refine your programming, so we’ve worked hard to improve how you track your students. In this release, our Attendance Tracking is now super-charged with increased search capabilities, the ability to clone classes or events for repeat attendance, and expanded base search results to accommodate larger caseloads and student populations.
Recruitment Tool
Many CoPilot Partners utilize AmeriCorps members to help deliver their student services. With this in mind, we developed the Recruitment Tool to standardize the candidate application process throughout your organization. This Recruitment Tool also comes with a pre-built dashboard to give you a 360° view of your entire applicant pipeline.
IPEDS Reporting
Help your students find the best colleges for them! Access institutional and financial data from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) on every post-secondary school in the country. Compare and contrast various colleges when advising students about which institutions best match their preferences and post-secondary ambitions. Ensure you are providing your students with the most up-to-date college access information possible.
