College Forward was the spotlight nonprofit at this year’s Salesforce.org 2017 Higher Education Summit, leading several sessions on our CoPilot student information system, hosting nonprofit Q&A sessions, and interacting with Summit participants on several student-facing volunteer opportunities.

CoFo CEO Austin Buchan offered insight during a panel discussion on bridging gaps between K-12 providers and higher education organizations. The panel was moderated by Katie Mangan of The Chronicle of Higher Education, and other panelists included Christine Bailie (E3 Alliance), Julie Schell (UT-Austin), and Anthony Salerno (KIPP Austin Public Schools).
Conference attendees also participated in volunteer opportunities with College Forward students and coaches, offering “speed networking”, writing graduation cards, and creating commencement celebration bags for graduating college seniors:
