To get partners up and running, we assign a dedicated Partner Experience Manager to each organization that licenses CoPilot. The Partner Experience Manager serves as the organization’s strategic partner and trainer during the implementation.
Throughout implementation, organizations work side-by-side with their Partner Experience Managers to learn CoPilot, configure the system to their needs, import their historical data, and get their team onto the system. Once they “go-live,” they engage with our Partner Success services.
Once organizations are live on their version of CoPilot, we offer year-round support. Our team not only troubleshoots any challenges or issues, but we also strategize with organizations to ensure that the system evolves and is optimized for use.
